Returns & Cancellations Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 48 hours of receipt of goods. To initiate a cancellation, contact us in writing at sa***@****************co.uk. Include your order details. Return the goods within an additional 14 days and secure proof of postage. A full refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned items within the specified timeline.

Eligibility for Return:

  • Items must be in unused, unworn condition and in original packaging.
  • Receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory.
  • We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if items are devalued due to unnecessary handling.
  • Please be aware that you are responsible for covering the cost of returning the items.

To Start a Return: Contact sa***@****************co.uk. Upon acceptance, you will receive instructions for return. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless returning faulty items. Items returned without prior authorization will be denied.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon delivery. If there are issues (defective, damaged, or incorrect items), document the problem on the delivery paperwork and secure the delivery driver’s countersignature. If immediate documentation is not possible, sign as “unchecked” and inspect within 3 days. Do not return items without prior authorization from customer service.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, follow the return process outlined above, and upon acceptance, place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

You will be notified once your return is received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Allow up to 7 working days for the refund to appear in your account. If funds are not received after this timeframe, contact us.
